Hello, Some technical errors were found when iPM plug-ins were in use with the early versions of Illustrator 2021. Therefore, we basically recommend Illustrator 2022 (v26 and later) to use the plug-ins with. For Illustrator 2021, only the version 25.4.1 is supported. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
